Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Scenic Transfer
- Depart from Kigali or Entebbe with a scenic drive to Kisoro
- Check into a lodge near Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
- Evening briefing on gorilla trekking and park activities
- Optional nature walk or relaxation with volcano views
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Expedition
- Early morning trek to find the Nyakagezi gorilla group, a habituated family known for their playful silverback
- Trekking duration: 2–6 hours depending on gorilla location
- Guided journey through bamboo and montane forests
- Afternoon at leisure or optional birdwatching excursion
Day 3: Golden Monkey Trekking & Batwa Trail
